To truly transcend the metal element we need to value ourselves at the deepest level. Once we recognize the true nature of who we are. Then there is no need to seek to defend our surface identity, we become courageous, honest strong, and transparent.
We will explore the shadow side of the Lungs sadness and depression and also self-righteousness and perfectionism and how to release and transmute the life force trapped in these patterns.
